Health & Social Care Introduction

The subject of Health and Social Care is a valuable subject for anyone thinking of entering the medical, caring, teaching or social services professions. It is also appropriate for those who are interested in people of different ages and backgrounds, their development and their health. The subject has proven to be very popular with students.

The BTEC Diploma in Health and Social Care has achieved a 100% pass rate with a significant number of students achieving merits and distinctions. The units studied include:
